THE BRIEFING


SECRET BASES abandoned by trainers are often taken over by wild Pokemon. Moreover many of these Pokemon are said to have specialized abilities. Clear abandoned bases of wild Pokemon making them habitable for humans.
These missions are part of an initiative to shine a light on Rocket in the eye of the public. In other words, these missions help shift the opinions of Hoennites towards Rocket, in turn making the League look worse in addition to Walsh’s showing of Kanto in relative peace.
